It finally stopped snowing long enough this afternoon to get everyone out and get our 2010 Christmas Card picture done. We think it turned out well! It was pretty cool out today - temp out was about +5F. We were fine, but the camera doesn’t like it when its cold out. I think the batteries are sensitive to the temperature and they shut down after a couple of minutes. You can imagine the fun of getting the camera set up on the hood of our Ford pickup, focus and frame the shot, get the timer set, run over to everyone, have everyone say Cheese! and have Duke look the right way - all at the same time. HO HO HO!!! But - we got ‘er done!
Shawna will then take the photo and make cards out of it. She does a wonderful job and the cards turn out great every year. I’m just glad we got the photo done...
Time for a little Christmas Cheer while putting up the tree this afternoon - and WARM UP!
